Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation and Payment:
1.1. Reservation of accommodations at Darna Surf House requires a valid credit card or payment equivalent.
1.2. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless stated otherwise in promotional offers.
1.3. We accept major credit cards and cash payments. All prices are in [euro].

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
2.1. Cancellations made 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
2.2. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total reservation cost.
2.3. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

3. Check-in and Check-out:
3.1. Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
3.2. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. House Rules:
4.1. Darna Surf House maintains a strict no-smoking policy within the premises.
4.2. Guests are expected to respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
4.3. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified and agreed upon.
4.4. Any damage caused by guests to the property or its facilities will be charged to the credit card on file.
4.5. Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. Darna Surf House is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

5. Liability Waiver:
5.1. Guests understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with surfing and related activities.
5.2. Guests participate in such activities at their own risk and release Darna Surf House and its staff from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage.

6. Privacy Policy:
6.1. Darna Surf House respects the privacy of its guests and will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
6.2. Personal data collected during the reservation process will be used solely for the purpose of completing the booking and providing the requested services.

7. Amendments to Terms & Conditions:
7.1. Darna Surf House reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
