Information you provide: When you submit a booking enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred travel dates, number of guests, package and room preferences, and any message you include in the form.

Information collected automatically: When you visit our website, certain information is collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure, security services, and analytics tools. This includes your IP address, pages visited, time on site, device type, browser, and the source of your visit (such as a search engine or advertising campaign). The following third-party services are active on this website. Each processes visitor data according to its own privacy policy.

Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager — Google LLC
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) loaded via Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 collects data including pages visited, session duration, device and browser type, approximate location (derived from a partially anonymised IP address), and traffic source, including advertising campaign parameters. GA4 data is not fully anonymous — it includes device identifiers and behavioural data associated with a persistent visitor ID. GA4 may also be used to measure the performance of advertising campaigns and to track enquiry conversions. Data is processed by Google and subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Google Fonts — Google LLC
We use Google Fonts to display website typography. Font files are loaded directly from Google's servers. Each page load sends your IP address and browser information to Google as part of standard web font delivery. This is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Google Maps — Google LLC
Our Contact page includes an embedded Google Maps map that loads automatically when the page is visited. Google may collect data about your visit and any interaction with the map, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare — Cloudflare, Inc.
Our website is served through Cloudflare's global network, which provides security, performance optimisation, and CDN services. All web traffic to our website passes through Cloudflare's infrastructure, which processes IP addresses and may set a short-lived cookie for bot management (see Section 09). Cloudflare's processing is subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Hostinger — Hostinger International Ltd.
This website is hosted by Hostinger. Standard server logs — including IP address, timestamp, pages accessed, and browser type — are recorded at the hosting level. Booking enquiry forms send email through Hostinger's mail infrastructure to our team. Hostinger's processing is subject to Hostinger's Privacy Policy.

WhatsApp — Meta Platforms, Inc.
This website includes links to contact us on WhatsApp. Clicking a WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp's external platform. We do not receive data from these clicks automatically. WhatsApp communications are subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by websites you visit. The following cookies may be set when you use this website:

• _ga (Google Analytics) — Identifies unique visitors for analytics purposes. Expires after 2 years.
• _ga_[ID] (Google Analytics) — Stores and counts page sessions. Expires after 2 years.
• __cf_bm (Cloudflare) — Short-lived cookie used for bot management and security. Expires 30 minutes after the last page activity.

In addition to cookies, our website reads UTM parameters from the URL (for example, utm_source and utm_campaign) when you arrive from an advertisement or search result. These parameters are stored temporarily in your browser's session storage — not in a cookie — and are included with your booking enquiry so we can understand which marketing sources bring guests to us. Session storage is cleared when you close the browser tab and is not shared with third parties.

Google Fonts loads font files from Google's servers on each page visit. This is not a cookie but involves your browser making direct requests to Google that include your IP address and browser information.

Your cookie choices. When you first visit our website, a cookie consent banner is displayed. You can choose to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or manage your preferences individually. Selecting Reject or Reject All means that Google Analytics and advertising measurement cookies (_ga, _ga_[ID]) will not be set and the corresponding Google signals will remain disabled. The Cloudflare security cookie (__cf_bm) is strictly necessary for the website to function and is set regardless of your choice. Your preference is saved in your browser's local storage and respected on all subsequent visits. You can change your preference at any time by clicking Cookie Settings in the footer of any page.
