Conditions

1.1. A deposit of €30 per person is required to confirm your booking.

1.2. The deposit is non-refundable.

1.3. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival, in cash, in Euros (EUR) or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).

1.4. Your booking is confirmed only after the required deposit has been received and you have received a booking confirmation from Darna Surf Morocco.

2.1. If you cancel your booking, the €30 deposit per person is non-refundable.

2.2. Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking.

2.3. No-shows or early departures are not eligible for a refund for unused accommodation, surf lessons, meals, transfers, or other services included in the package.

3.1. Check-in and check-out arrangements will be communicated with guests according to their arrival and departure times.

3.2. Surf lessons are normally not provided on arrival or departure days.

3.3. Airport and bus station transfers in Agadir are arranged according to the package booked and the travel information provided by the guest.

4.1. Surfing and other activities may be affected by weather, ocean conditions, safety considerations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.2. Darna Surf Morocco may change the surf spot, schedule, or activity when necessary for safety or operational reasons.

4.3. Guests must follow the safety instructions given by our surf instructors and staff.

4.4. Guests are responsible for informing us before participating in an activity of any relevant condition or limitation that may affect their ability to participate safely.

5.1. Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, the accommodation, and the local community.

5.2. Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms or indoor common areas.

5.3. Guests may be responsible for the cost of damage caused intentionally or through negligence to the accommodation, surf equipment, or other property.

5.4. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Darna Surf Morocco cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal items except where required by applicable law.

6.1. Surfing and other outdoor activities involve inherent risks. Guests participate voluntarily and are expected to follow all safety instructions.

6.2. We strongly recommend that guests have appropriate travel and medical insurance that covers surfing and related activities.

6.3. Darna Surf Morocco is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control, including adverse weather, unsuitable ocean conditions, flight disruptions, transportation delays, or other force majeure events.

6.4. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

7.1. Personal information provided during the booking process is used to manage your reservation and provide the requested services.

8.1. If you wish to change your dates, accommodation, package, or number of guests, please contact us as early as possible.

8.2. Changes are subject to availability and may result in a change in price.
